We understand that life can get busy, and we want to make sure you have the flexibility you need. By freezing your membership for just $10 per month, you gain the freedom to select a new item whenever it suits you, without the hassle of reapplying and navigating potential waitlists.
Freeze vs. Cancel: What's the Difference?
Choosing to freeze your membership maintains your active status within Vivrelle. This means you can easily reactivate whenever you come across an item you'd like to borrow. On the other hand, canceling your membership removes you from our lists, requiring a re-application and potential waitlist uncertainties. Opting to freeze keeps you connected to the Vivrelle community while giving you the flexibility to pause and resume your membership as needed.
HOW TO FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
Step 1: Visit Your Account Settings
Navigate to your My Account page on our website.
Step 2: Choose 'Freeze Membership'
In your account settings, look for the 'Freeze Membership' option. Click on it to initiate the process.
Please note: In order to freeze your membership, all items previously in your closet must be returned, received and processed by the Vivrelle team.
Step 3: Confirm Account Change
Follow the prompts to confirm your decision, which will update your account tier to Frozen for $10/month.
Reactivate Anytime!
Remember, freezing your membership keeps you as an active Vivrelle member. When you spot an item you'd love to experience, simply reactivate your membership at your convenience from your My Account page.
