How do I access Complete The Look?
Complete The Look is automatically available to all Vivrelle members. Simply log in to your account and select any accessory to see matching outfit options on the regular checkout page (access via our iOS app checkout coming soon!). Not a member yet? You can try out a light version of the feature on our announcement page: vivrelle.com/vivrelle-x-revolve.
Is there an additional cost to use these features?
No. Complete The Look is included with your Vivrelle membership at no additional cost. Ella will also be available to all members once launched.
When exactly will Ella be available?
Ella is scheduled for release in Summer 2025. Members will be notified as soon as the feature is live.
How do I earn 5% of my purchase value as Vivrelle credits?
When you shop REVOLVE or FWRD through our platform, you earn 5% of your purchase value back as Vivrelle credits, which can be applied towards future membership fees. Credits will be applied automatically within 30 days following your purchase. To redeem your 5% Vivrelle credit after purchase, either forward your order confirmation email to membership@vivrelle.com OR submit your receipt through our online form. Vivrelle x REVOLVE 5% Credit Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Complete The Look 5% Credit Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions: To be eligible for the 5% credit, purchases must be made through the REVOLVE portal accessed via Vivrelle's web platform. The name on the REVOLVE order must match your first and last name as registered in your Vivrelle account. Each order is eligible for credit only once. Submitting the same order multiple times will not result in additional credits and may result in disqualification from the Program. If you return any or all items from a qualifying order, the associated credit will be removed or adjusted accordingly. Vivrelle reserves the right to deduct credited amounts retroactively for returned items. The credit amount will be 5% of the total purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts). Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Credits may take up to 30 days from the order date to appear in your account. Vivrelle reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject or revoke credit at its sole discretion. Vivrelle may modify or terminate this Program at any time without notice.
